Ingredients:
- 20 large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chopped onion.. I used dried because I had it handy
- 1 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and let marinate for 2 hours. Every once in a while, mix the shrimp around.
- Heat up a pan on med-high.
- Add shrimp. Don't overcrowd the pan (you might have to heat the shrimp up in multiple sets)
- Serve with slices of lime.
